A POLICE investigation is still on-going after an incident at a York primary school.
As previously reported by The Press, North Yorkshire Police were called to a disturbance at Haxby Road School in York, at just after 3.15pm on Monday, November 12.
A spokesman for the force said at the time: "As a result a man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the disturbance and was later released under investigation while inquiries continue."
A police spokesman said today that the man has been released while under investigation.
