HAXBY fish and chip business Miller’s has joined forces with the York Gin Company to create a three-course menu that will be served at a special event.
The menu comprises king prawns sautéed in York Gin with pickled ginger, a lite-bite portion of Miller’s fish and chips fried in a York Gin batter, and York Gin infused lemon curd tart served with a York Gin & Tonic syrup. Tickets for the event, on November 29, at 7pm, can be bought for £25 from Miller’s .
