Thank goodness for adult common sense in the decision from the Education Secretary’s office allowing John Tomsett, the head of Huntington School, to carry on teaching (Head who had affair allowed to keep on teaching, November 13).
I only hope that Mr Tomsett is now allowed to put this behind him and do what he does best - leading this top rated York school - and that pupils, staff, parents and governors appreciate his dedication to education excellence and fully support him.
