7 ways to get involved in York Business Week 2018
1. Be inspired by some of the country’s top businesses at the World Class York conference, which kicks off York Business Week on Tuesday, November 13, at York Racecourse. From Richard Harpin, the founder of £785 million FTSE 250 business Homeserve, to Lee Statham, Nestlé’s global confectionery innovation lead, every speaker has a connection to York - either living, working or setting up businesses in the city - and a great story to tell.

5. Discover what the workplace of the future looks like at York’s first ever ‘People Summit’ at the National Centre for Early Music on Thursday, November 15. The event will bring together business leaders, HR professionals, students and council representatives to look at how we build a highly trained and relevant skilled workforce in the city to meet short, medium and long term economic challenges.
