ELMET Lions have launched their Christmas toy appeal for the second year.
The toys, which must be new and unused, suitable for babies and children of all ages, can be dropped off - unwrapped - at the Spar store in Sherburn in Elmet until November 30.
Once collected, sorted and wrapped, the toys will be distributed by Tadcaster Salvation Army, Leeds Foster Carers and Selby District Council.
Ann Hudson, Lions president, said: "We had a very successful appeal last year, collecting 100 gifts, and we would like to thank the generosity of local people for their help and hope we can top that amount this year."
