Macumba bar under new ownership
A CITY centre bar is under new ownership.
Macumba Cocktail Bar, which claims to be the oldest coffee shop in York, has been taken over by Rob McGuinness.
He said the venue, based in Coffee Yard near Barley Hall, is due to be renovated at the start of 2019 and there are also plans to change the name of the business.
The bar is currently open seven days a week as a café and cocktail bar.
