Road traffic collision on Malton Road near the junction with Elmfield Avenue
A PERSON has been taken to hospital following a crash in York.
The collision happened in Malton Road at the junction near Elmfield Avenue at about 11.20am.
An eyewitness said that a man was put on a stretcher board in the road but appeared to be conscious.
It is not known whether he was a pedestrian or a cyclist or whether other vehicles were involved.
An ambulance took the man from the scene.
The road is now clear.
