TWO people were injured, one seriously, in a three-vehicle crash in the Selby district.
North Yorkshire Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the crash on the A19 at Whitley Bridge, at 6.45am on Sunday, November 4.
A police spokesman said the crash involved a blue Renault Megane and a DAF heavy goods vehicle - which were both heading south - and a blue Dacia, heading north.
The spokesamn said the 35-year-old Leeds man who was driving the Renault was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with injuries police said were "serious but not believed to be life-threatening".
The driver of the HGV - a 40-year-old man from Doncaster - was not injured.
The scene was clear by around 10am.
