In response to Nigel Lightowler (Pro-Brexit demo only attracted 1,200, Letters, October 25) may I just say two things.
1. By the Met’s own figures there were a maximum of 150,000 people at the rally he mentions, not 700,000 as put about by the organisers.
2. Brexiteers do not need to march now – we did it on June 23, 2016, when more than 17 million of us took to the streets to march and vote and win!
