A COOKERY demonstration will be held in Selby to encourage residents to reuse their pumpkins once Halloween is over.
Top chef Nigel Brown will be on hand to share his pumpkin recipes in Market Cross next Monday from 9am to 3pm. The roadshow and cookery demonstration will also include advice on ways to make the most of your leftovers.
