A WOMAN was attacked while walking her dog in York.
North Yorkshire Police said the woman was walking close to the shops in New Earswick at about 8.10am on Thursday when she was assaulted.
A spokesman said: "The male involved is described as mid 20s, around 5ft 6in height, dark scruffy hair, a neat well-kept beard, white trainers, dark trousers and a blue puffer jacket with a small white circle logo on the left chest area."
