ARTISTS in their own right, SaraBeth, Glen Mitchell and Vickie Vaughn have come together to form the harmony powerhouse SaraBeth Trio, who play the Delmont Hotel, Scarborough, on Saturday night.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the Texas, London, and Kentucky natives have attracted the attention of Paul Worley, who has produced the Dixie Chicks, Lady Antebellum and Martina McBride and is now working on new music with the Sarabeth and co in the studio.

Dallas-born SaraBeth introduced herself with her debut album Anything Is Possible. She does not take all the credit for her drive, determination and passion for country music, however, her family has played a key role in her story. "My younger brother was drafted to play pro baseball for the Cardinals; my dad wrote a book on motivation and inspires people all over the world, and my mom is the glue that holds us all together. With all these incredibly successful and driven role models in my life, I thought, how can I not go after this dream?"
