A LORRY and a car crashed near York this morning (October 15).
The collision happened on the B1228 near Elvington Airfield at about 7am.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: "Police attended as the collision occurred near a bend in the road, and left debris in the carriageway.
"No-one was injured and the scene was clear by 8.15am."
