POLICE are renewing their appeals to find four men with links to York who are wanted in connection with alleged offences.

Dale Andrew Townsend, 25, from York, is wanted in connection with an investigation into a fire at a property in Melbourne Street, York, on July 6. Anyone with information about Townsend - who also has links to Leeds - is urged to phone 101 quoting reference 12180121989.

Raymond David Braithwaite, 42, from Harrogate, is wanted for arrest after North Yorkshire Police said he allegedly breached the terms of a community order. Anyone with information should phone 101 quoting reference 12180157398.

Antony Dancer, 33, from Doncaster, was jailed for 22 months in August 2017 for assault and released on licence in June 2018. Police said he has since allegedly breached the terms of his licence and is wanted for recall to prison.

Police believe Dancer could be in York, Doncaster or London, and urged anyone who had seen him to phone 01904 618691 quoting reference 12180161312.

Owen Christopher Barker, 50, of Lucas Avenue, York, is said to have failed to attend York Magistrates' Court on charges of theft and burglary and a warrant has been issued by the court for his arrest.
