HARROGATE District Hospital is taking an eye-catching approach to promoting the organ donor scheme.
To encourage people to join the donor register, lifts in the main entrance have been decorated with a striking message.
The lift 'wraps' have been commissioned by the Trust's organ donation committee and include information on how to join the register, as well as a QR barcode for scanning on smartphones.
NHS Blood and Transplant spokeswoman, Michelle Bennett, said: "Organ donation saves lives and one organ donor can save or transform up to nine lives - and even more by donating tissue as well.
"I know that more families agree to donation if they know their loved one was on the register. Save your family from having to guess what you would have wanted."
