CITY of York Council's executive is to discuss how to best ensure York is as prepared as possible in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
A spokeswoman said the Government had reported that a scenario in which the UK left the EU without agreement remained unlikely, whilst advising councils to prepare for all eventualities, including a no-deal.
She said executive will be asked to identify areas they could help the city 'move confidently forward.'
