PATIENTS at a York GP surgery have again been struggling to get through on the phone.
Unity Health took action in the summer after patients had severe problems phoning it to make appointments.
A spokesman said yesterday that a fault on a BT telephone line had been causing intermittent problems this week and engineers were trying to sort it, adding it was nothing to do with capacity issues or a recently installed phone system.
