SCOTT Karen Denise (nee Cook) Passed away suddenly on Wednesday September 26th, 2018 at Scarborough Hospital aged 54 years. Beloved wife of Jim, loving daughter of Edith and the late Stan, sister to Steven and Paul, stepmother of Karen, Keith and Amanda. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Monday October 15th, 2018 at 3.00pm. Donations in lieu to Macmillan Nurses, a plate will be provided at the service.
