THE epileptic man accused of giving his baby head and rib injuries will not face a retrial, the Crown Prosecution Service has decided.
The York father was formally acquitted on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm.
A York Crown Court jury acquitted him on a second charge of causing grievous bodily harm and two alternative charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent last month.
