A MOTORCYCLIST was injured and taken to hospital after coming off their bike near York.
North Yorkshire Police was called to the crash on the A1079 towards the Grimston Bar roundabout at 6.15pm on Saturday.
A spokeswoman for the force added: "The rider has got injuries and has been taken to hospital.
"No other vehicles were involved."
