HARROGATE-based developer, Newby, has won planning approval for the expansion of a residential development in the town.
A further 26 apartments will be added to the Springfield Court scheme, bringing the number of homes on the site to 61.
Conversion units on the development, which is within walking distance of the town centre, are nearing completion and work is due to start on the new builds soon.
A sales office and show home will be open shortly.
