A MAJOR incident featuring all emergency services has taken place at a shop in York.
North Yorkshire Police, Fire Service and paramedics swooped on the car park at the Hull Road B&Q at about 11.40am.
A fire service spokeswoman said crews were responding to “a multi-agency incident”, and said they had been alerted by police, but would not confirm what the incident was.
Passers-by said there were five fire crews, four police vehicles and the police helicopter at the scene, and one man was being detained by officers.
