THREE teenagers were arrested on suspicion of theft at the weekend.
North Yorkshire Police said two 14-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy were arrested during the early hours of Sunday after a group of youngsters were seen tampering with pedal cycles locked on Parliament Street in York.
The cycles were later recovered, the force added.
It said those involved were all given out of court disposals.
