Car stolen in broad daylight
A CAR was stolen in broad daylight in the Selby district.
North Yorkshire Police said a blue Mazda, with the registration Y739 OHE, was stolen from Selby Road, Whitley, between 3pm and 4pm on Wednesday.
The force said offenders smashed a window on the car to gain access. It is appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard anything or have any knowledge about the location of the car to phone the force on 101, quoting reference 12180175565.
