THIEVES stole "a large amount of copper cable" from a farm in the Selby district.
North Yorkshire Police said the cable was stolen overnight on Tuesday, September 11, from a farm in Stapleton, and offenders "walked across open fields and then broke through several fences to get onto the land".
Anyone with information should phone police on 101 quoting job 108 of September 12.
