TWO anti-fracking protesters have each been conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 statutory surcharge for obstructing Habton Road, Kirby Misperton, on October 19.
Lyn Oxberry, 65, of Bracken Close, Stanley, County Durham, and Brian Tudor, 72, of Selaby House, Spring Hill, Darlington, denied the offence, but were convicted at a trial at York Magistrates Court.
