England’s top order batsmen, required to be at the forefront of a rearguard action to salvage national pride in the Test Match at Trent Bridge against India, failed abysmally. Cook, Jennings and Captain Root should be ashamed of themselves, all giving their wickets away in a thoughtless manner.
