York Central MP Rachael Maskell presents NHS 70th birthday cards to Mike Proctor
YORK Central MP Rachael Maskell has presented two giant birthday cards to acting chief executive Mark Proctor and members of staff at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to celebrate the 70 years of the NHS.
She said the cards marked the invaluable work the NHS had done over the past 70 years and were signed by members of the public in York. The former NHS physiotherapist said staff had given 'incredible service.'
