A MAN has been forbidden from drinking alcohol anywhere in North Yorkshire.
Tim Morris, 35, of no fixed abode, was handed a criminal behaviour order at York Magistrates' Court with a county-wide ban preventing him from drinking alcohol in public.
North Yorkshire Police said Morris has "caused issues" because of his excessive drinking and has been banned from drinking in public except for at licensed premises.
He was also ordered to attend 10 sessions with charity Changing Lives within the next four months.
Police have asked anyone who witnesses Morris breaching the order to report it by calling 101.
