A SERIOUS crash is causing delays on a York road.
North Yorkshire Police are at the scene of a crash on the A1237 roundabout to Haxby Road.
A spokeswoman said the crash involved three cars and a lorry and was reported at just after midday.
The spokeswoman said the occupants were all outย of the vehicles by the time emergency services arrived, and two people had suffered suspected head or back injuries.
The road is completely blocked, and drivers have been urged to avoid the area until it is cleared, with delays expected.

North Yorkshire Police said the road has now reopened, and four people have been taken to hospital.
