STUDENTS from Selby College held an exhibition at York's latest culture hub.
The mix of fine art, photography and graphic design came from students on the Higher National Diploma in Art and Design from Selby College, and was put on display at Spark:York on Friday.
Among the work on show were photographs of the Yorkshire landscape, shots of familiar sights from around the city, and a typographical piece which used slang phrases and was "intended to spark friendly debate".
Kate Grafton, lecturer in Art and Design, said: "Spark have been really supportive in giving our students a platform from which they can share their work with the general public. All the students have produced different and exciting pieces and they hope the work resonates with the residents of York."
The exhibition runs until May 24.
