The Hungate Centre hosts various activities including Bridge.
AN INFORMATION event is being held for older people, their families and carers at the Royal Voluntary Service Hungate Centre in Pickering on Friday, from 1pm to 3pm.
The charity runs volunteer-led activities at the centre including a luncheon club, Musical Memories and bridge, and hopes to attract more new members.
The afternoon aims to show what the centre offers.
The charity is also looking for volunteer co-ordinators and leaders to set up and run activities for older people.
