Thieves steal fuel from highways depot
THIEVES stole 150 litres of fuel from vehicles parked at a North Yorkshire highways depot.
Police said several people entered the depot at Hopper Hill Road, Eastfield, Scarborough, on Sunday, March 4, at about 2pm and made a number of trips from the depot back to the junction of Taylor Way and Seamer Carr Road.
They stole about 150 litres of fuel from three vehicles, jerry cans and some tools, and police want to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time.
