NORTH Yorkshire Police have appealed for witnesses and information following what they called "a suspicious incident".
A spokesman said the incident happened in Westfield Lane, South Milford, on Easter Monday, April 2, between 7.15pm and 7.30pm.
He said: "The incident involved a blue Citroen Cactus was parked near to a house being built on Westfield Lane, and three men wearing high-visibility outer clothing. The men came from the direction of School Lane and left in the same direction.
"We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101."
