A ROAD bridge in the East Riding is opening for cars again this Thursday, March 29.
Rawcliffe Bridge over Dutch River south of Selby has been closed to traffic since October. Council engineers have now decided it is safe for cars again as work and repairs have been carried out. However more work will be needed before heavier vehicles can safely use the bridge. Traffic lights and a 20mph limit have been put in place.
