DELIGHTED travel agency staff have thanked customers for generously supporting their Easter egg appeal.
Every year employees at Thomas Cook on Clifton Moor Retail Park collect chocolate treats for children at Martin House Hospice.
This month more than 75 Easter eggs have been donated to the cause.
Philip Franks, assistant manager at the shop, said: “A lot of regular customers support the appeal and we really appreciate it.
“We like to support local charities and this appeal just gets better every year.
“The main thing is that we can help put a smile on children’s faces and the whole team would like to say a massive thank you to anyone who donated Easter eggs.”
Martin House is a charity based in Boston Spa providing care for children suffering from life-limiting illnesses and their families across Yorkshire and the north east.
