RACHAEL Maskell, MP for York Central, is hosting a family friendly coffee morning at Tang Hall Community Centre for an informal chat about access to facilities and how York can me made more user friendly for everybody.
It is an opportunity for all residents and providers of services or facilities to share views and aspirations in this subject area in an informal and constructive way.
Ms Maskell said: “I am delighted to invite all residents to join me for an informal discussion about what changes could be made to ensure our city is as accessible and family friendly as possible.
"Whether it be the need for more accessible public toilets, enough baby changing facilities, transport and parking charges or the need for improved employment practises, I really want to listen and learn from your experiences, so that together, we can push for improvements to be made.
"Do come along and tell us your ideas."
There will be refreshments and activities for children too at the coffee morning on Saturday, January 27 from 10.30am - 12.30pm at Tang Hall Community Centre.
