A CYCLIST smashed a bus window in York by punching it, police have revealed.
North Yorkshire Police said the York First Bus was travelling over Ouse Bridge, with passengers on board, at about 5pm on December 20 when the passing cyclist punched and smashed the window. “No-one on board was injured,” said a spokesman.
He said police had issued a CCTV image of a man they wanted to speak to in connection with the incident, and were appealing to anyone who could help identify him to phone PC Emily Clark on 101, email Emily.Clark@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk, or call Crimestoppers on 0800555111.
