Police closed road to investigate
A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously injured in a collision on the A658 at Leathley near Harrogate near Riffa service station at 6.30am this morning.
The incident involved a black pickup style vehicle driven by a 58-year-old man from Halifax and a black motorcycle ridden by a 50-year-old man from Harrogate.
The road was closed for five hours while police investigated at the scene.
