AFTER a successful Santa Dash in South Milford in 2016, the village is geared up for a charity fundraising dash this weekend.
Last year's event was open solely to members of the community and organised by a group of customers from the village's Swan Inn, but this year it will raise money for Martin House Hospice and is open to all.
The event, on Saturday, will start at 11am on the playing field in High Street, finishing at The Swan pub and is sponsored by Sign Group GB Ltd and Elmet Lions.
Anyone wishing to take part can apply on the day, and should arrive by 10.30am.
