CHEQUES totalling £5,600 were presented to four charities from sponsorship cash raised at the Selby Lions Great Bike Ride.
The four charities were British Heart Foundation, St Leonard’s Hospice, Martin House Hospice and Action For Children, and welcomed the funds raised by hundreds of cyclists.
The Great Bike Ride took place in May, and saw cyclists take to 25 or 45 mile routes around the region to raise money for good causes.
