TWO men were arrested after an assault in York which left a 37-year-old man in hospital.
North Yorkshire Police said the incident happened at about 6pm on Monday in the Navigation Road and Walmgate area, and a 37-year-old man suffered a head injury and cut to his eye.
Two men, aged 37 and 34, have been arrested in connection with the incident, and have both been released on bail.
