THE BIRTHDAY of Prince Charles will be celebrated with a 21-gun Royal Salute in York tomorrow.
The Prince of Wales’ 69th birthday will be marked by the event hosted by 4th Infantry Brigade and HQ North East in Museum Gardens.
The Band of The King’s Division is to perform a marching display through the city before the Royal Salute.
The Saluting Troop from 4th Regiment Royal Artillery will fire three 105mm Light Guns at noon and the national anthem will be played shortly afterwards.
Spectators will be able to watch from behind a roped off area near the Yorkshire Museum.
