A MAN has been charged in connection with an incident in which a person climbed onto a lorry at Kirby Misperton.
A 38-year-old man was charged with hindering someone carrying out their lawful business, and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty.
Another man, aged 25, who allegedly held onto the lorry at around the same time, has been charged with getting onto a motor vehicle whilst on a road.
Both men will appear at York Magistrates’ Court in January.
