I was disgusted to see that what amounts to a fairground type refreshments caravan has been sited in Deans Park adjacent to the Minster.
How the Dean and Chapter can stoop so low as to allow such a commercial monstrosity to be placed in what I would class as to be sacred ground is beyond me.
Next we will be having a DIY beach and candy floss there, in the hopes that people will imagine they are at Scarborough.
