TRAINS out of York over the Bank Holiday weekend will run as planned - with a couple of very early morning exceptions.
Virgin East Coast Mainline and Northern Trains are both expecting to run a complete service, in contrast to the large-scale cancellations in the London area, Western England and on the West Coast main line. Euston station will be completely closed but Kings Cross will be open as usual.
Only Transpennine Express of the companies that serve York has announced changes - that buses will replace trains between Manchester and Manchester Airport from midnight until 5am on Monday.
