DAVID CAMERON and his Conservative Party are wrong to think that promoting marriage will solve the immense problems of crime, yobs, illegitimate children, drugs, sexually-transmitted diseases, obesity, drunkenness, muggings, antisocial behaviour and lack of respect.
The solution is real, meaningful deterrence.
The only way to achieve that is for the UK to leave the European Union, repeal the European Charter on Human Rights, then re-introduce corporal and capital punishment, scrap tagging and build 50 more secure prisons.
Only when all this is done will we have a nice, decent country to live in again.
