Bishopthorpe's bowlers tried their best but were unable to fully contain Stamford Bridge's batsmen who booked themselves a semi-final berth in the U11 Knockout Cup.
C Thompson took 3-7 and J Storey 2-4 while Ferguson scored 19 for the victors. J Hunt (2-13) was the pick of Stamford's bowlers.
The semi-finals pit Malton and Old Malton away to York, while the other duel is a battle of the Bridges with Sheriff Hutton Bridge at home to Stamford Bridge.
