YORK'S newest art gallery launches this evening when All Saints RC School in Mill Mount, York becomes Talent 17, showcasing GCSE and A level work by 70 students over three galleries.
A level textile students will host three fashion shows during the event launch between 7 and 9pm when the public can also view art, photography and sculpture.
Many students have places secured at universities to study art, graphic design, architecture and photography.
Phil Norton, Head of Art and Design at the school, said: “We feel that the show is particularly strong this year and we encourage anyone with an interest in art or photography to come along and take a look at what we’ve been doing. There’s some phenomenal pieces on display.”
Anyone who wants to see the art, but can't attend the launch, may view the show by appointment with the school by calling 01904 647877
