PARENTS and carers looking for ways of keeping children entertained this summer can get some ideas from a free booklet from East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
School’s Out 2017 will be delivered in early July to 20,000 homes of four to 13 year olds who go to an East Riding school. It is full of activities to keep children active from swimming lessons to archery, beach games and mini-safaris, and some activities are specially designed or children with a disability. Information is also online at www.eastriding.gov.uk/schoolsout.
